Mercell appoints Miguel Sobral as new CEO

Miguel brings international leadership experience from businesses including VORTAL, where he served as CEO, and Byggfakta Group/Hubexo. His background combines deep industry knowledge with a strong understanding of the markets Mercell serves.

That experience will help guide Mercell’s continued development as digitalisation and AI open new possibilities for public procurement.
